Every AI fashion tool has to choose a foundation. Some chose images. Some chose 3D models. We chose .DXF pattern geometry - the same flat pattern files that manufacturers actually cut and sew.
.DXF files contain everything we need. From the shape of pattern pieces, their elements, and how they're assembled, we can read construction methods, ease distribution, seam allowances, grading logic - all the information that determines whether a garment actually works on a body.
When we layer tech pack data and real garment photos on top of that geometry (garments that were actually cut and stitched using these patterns), we have a complete picture. We don't need 3D to validate it. We have the real thing.
